Founded in 2017, Korbit is a spin-off from the world-renowned Mila research lab and recently a $11.3M Series A financing led by Khosla Ventures and Desjardins Capital. Korbit is the AI Mentor for Software Engineering, founded by Iulian Serban and Ekaterina Kochmar from Cambridge University and Quebec's AI Institute (Mila) and joined by Brian Kelly as President and Head of GTM (ex-Giant AI, ex-HoloBuilder, ex-Kissmetrics). It's an LLM-first product in a new paradigm, where the AI Mentor operates in the day-to-day workflow of each employee, identifies their needs, then provides the enablement, mentorship, and upskilling needed to deliver on their projects and propel their careers forward.
