• Canadian-based: Headquartered in Canada.
• B2B: Founders serving business/enterprise with software and/or hardware solutions. Many of our companies focus on health, finance and compliance, industrial, property and cybersecurity.
• Seed stage: Early-stage technology companies with initial revenues, customer traction and global ambition are our focus.
• Seeking: Rounds $3M-$5M (Graphite usually invests $500k – $1.5M).
