Its two integrated solutions, Kritik360 and VisibleAI, equip students not just to engage and perform, but to think deeply and responsibly in the age of AI. Kritik360 is a peer assessment platform where students evaluate one another’s work using structured rubrics, building essential feedback skills and metacognitive awareness. VisibleAI provides transparent authorship insights and helps educators and students alike understand and reflect on how generative AI is used in academic work. By connecting these platforms, instructors can guide students to critically assess both the quality and originality of their own and others’ work, building a culture of academic integrity, reflective learning, and responsible AI use.

Business model

We have 3 models: Student Paid per course. Department Paid, and School paid. We are also part of Inclusive Access Programs in higher education where students pay a lump sum fee per semester for all their courseware needs and Kritik receives payment based on usage on campus.
