Brickeye has signed a technology licensing and manufacturing agreement with TechSense Electronics to localize production of its industrial IoT sensing hardware within Saudi Arabia. The agreement was formalized on stage at the Saudi-Canada Business and Investment Forum in Jeddah, part of the Canadian Prime Minister’s trade mission to the Kingdom, with Brickeye CEO Tim Angus and TechSense founder Dr. Ahmad Ali Basalah signing alongside Prime Minister Mark Carney and senior ministers from both countries.

For the past five years, Brickeye’s LumiCon Concrete De-Risking Platform has been deployed across major construction projects in Saudi Arabia, helping catch concrete defects before they cause costly delays. TechSense’s facility will now become Brickeye’s regional manufacturing and support hub — supporting Saudi Vision 2030’s goals of technology transfer and local industry development.
